Unit 312 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Standard Condominium

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay Side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a new king size bed with a 48" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom and the guest bathroom both have a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a mini Keurig machine. The condo is tiled in the common areas and there is new carpeting in both bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Our reservation was on the Bay side of the property. The accommodation was great! A clean 2 bedroom condo on the first floor with adjoining bathrooms. Nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with appropriate items. You will need to buy/bring cooking seasonings as there are none onsite. The hot tub was very warm and the pool was heated. It was a short walk to the amazing Siesta Key beach! The sand is wonderful, never hot and very white!Overall a 5 out of 5 stay.
