Village West is easily convenient to the Siesta Village shops, restaurants, and nightlife as well as the north end of Siesta Beach. This well-appointed one bedroom makes for a great romantic getaway and is comfortable enough for a small family. Tenant agrees to rent the unit as specified in the TSA rental agreement. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled reservation and deducted from the reservation funds received.
