Brand new luxurious villa built by authentic Sifnos stone. Sleeps 6 persons.
Beautifully furnished with luxury high quality furnitures of Kourtis company and equpied with Miele appliances.
Everything has been carefully chosen to complement the building and yet are contemporary, chic, stylish and luxury.

Underfloor heating and cooling system by Daikin in all rooms give one more luxury note to your stay in the Blue Calm villa.

The bedrooms are all light and spacious with:

- top quality fine white Egyptian cotton bed linen and bath robs

- Optimum Diamond mattresses and toppers by Media Strom company that ensure a luxuriously comfortable sleep. Height of matresses: 35cm


- All windows and terrace doors are made by wood and are double glazing with insulating glass for thermal, cold and noise insulation.

- Two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room can be configured according to your needs.
One bedroom features two 90x200cm beds. The second bedroom one king size bed of 160x200cm.
Sofa bed becomes a 160x200cm bed.

The bathroom is handmaded with Grohe Premium series of faucets made in Germany.

The villa has a large well equipped traditional kitchen with doors leading onto the dining terraces equipied by:
- Miele brand fridge freezers, dishwashers, hobs ovens, a Krupps coffee machine, electric kettle and large toaster. Tea, sugar, coffee, salt, pepper and other store cupboard essentials are supplied.
It is an ideal place to enjoy a lunch or to prepare meals for the terraces.

There are also two dining areas at the terraces for enjoying your breakfast, meals with the breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea.

The terraces are ideal also for any kind of event that you would like to enjoy with your friends or your colleagues/co-operators. The wood oven and the BBQ at one of the terraces is ideal for enjoying them with the best view in Sifnos

Amazing experience!!

Blue Calm Villa is a charming, peaceful paradise with beautiful views. This cozy, clean, updated home was so much fun to experience. The large porch space was just as amazing as the remodeled inside. Stylianos could not have been a better host. He and his family live next door. We enjoyed talking with him and learning about the area. The delicious homemade bread and olive oil he brought over was an unexpected nice surprise. He certainly knows how to make his guests feel welcome. This place was an all-around great find!

Great Location on Sifnos

We spent a very enjoyable week at the villa. It appeared newly built and was very well-equipped with the latest appliances, kitchenware, linens, etc. Although not particularly spacious, the interior was comfortable for two adults. By far the best part of the house was the outdoor living space, with a drop-dead180 degree view of the Aegean. There were multiple seating and dining areas, plus an outdoor kitchen for grilling. The exterior living space is where we spent most of our time when not exploring the island. Finally, Margaret (from Athens) and Stylianos (next door) were excellent co-hosts, with flawless communication. A couple of things to bear in mind with this property: Because the second bedroom is small, the house is best suited for one adult couple with or without 1-2 children. Two couples would probably find it somewhat cramped. Although not visible in the listing photos, Stylianos and his family live in an adjoining home, located a few feet next door. Renters seeking absolute privacy might be happier elsewhere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
