very friendly staff

staff very friendly your wish is their command. the police are scum, if you are caught on moto rental with lights on in the daytime or run a red light hang on for harassment plus a fine. the cams run red lights all the time but barang cannot. the beach is a five minute walk. too many flies. but again you are treated like royalty at a very reasonable price.

quiet hotel

we stayed in these bungalows in nov 2016 for 5 nights. quiet location ,beach is within walking distance or swimming pool which was cleaned everyday. staff were fantastic and friendly. perfect place to stay if you do not like the larger hotels.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Nice quiet hotel with a lovely clean swimming pool , there are rooms at the back of the hotel , our rooms were on the pool side which we really enjoyed. The staff is wonderful and the little restaurant serves a nice breakfast . Can't quote the dinners as we never ate there . Would recommend this hotel . Would return !!

Great place close to the beech, awesome pool.

We loved our stay here. Restaurant was pretty good although we only ate breakfast here. Great French restaurant just around the corner... Would definitely stay here again..

I paid for the hotel through expedia. I tried to check in around 1pm. They gave my hotel away to someone else even though I prepaid. They didn't even apologize.

Convenient quiet location, friendly staff

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. It is at the quieter end of Ochheuteal Beach, just across the road from the beach. Each night we walked up the beach towards Serendipity beach and ate at one of the many beach BBQ restaurants on the sand. The beaches here are a bit dirty and have the usual hawkers but I didn't think it was too bad. We spent the day at Otres 1 beach and found it to be quieter, cleaner and much more laid back but it is a bit isolated. However, a $4-6 tuk-tuk ride will get you to Sihounoukville from Otres 1. The security at Makara Bungalows was excellent as they have both security cameras and a night time security guard.

dernier petit refuge ,agreable pour la ville , au milieu des multiples immeubles en construction . si vous etes écolo , n allez pas a Sihanoukville ,c est une catastrophe écologique et humaine . le personnel fait le maximum pour conserver l hotel propre et acceuillant malgré la poussiere envahissante

Beklager, men dette var ikke godt nok! På bildene vises solsenger ved bassenget og det gis et inntrykk av at området er større enn det er. Vel, der er 2 stykker solsenger, det er det hele. Og bassenget er rett utafor døren din, noe som i og for seg kunne være bra, men det er den til alle dine naboer også. Hadde på følelsen av at naboene satt på fanget mitt, for å si det slik. Bassenget skulle stenge klokken 20:00, men det var aldri så mye folk i det som etter kl 20:00! Stranden, som ligger rett nedenfor, gav meg brekningsfornemmelser. Søppel, søppel og kloakk. Det stinker! Kommer garantert ikke tilbake!

Hotel ist sauber aber mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen.Der Besitzer ist immer allgegenwärtig und hat sein Hotel über und über mit Verbotsschildern ausgestattet.Vor lauter Verboten weiß man gar nicht mehr was erlaubt ist!

Bra ställe nära stranden, endast ca 5 min promenad dit. Mysig pool, trevlig personal. Åt frukost ett par gånger på stället och maten var hyfsad. Finns gott om andra ställen i närheten som hade större utbud och var billigare. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att bo här igen

Nettes preiswertes Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir hatten Zimmer zur Strassenseite.Die Lage war viel ruhiger als Zimmer zur Poolseite, wo man zudem immer sehr beengt auf dem Präsentierteller sass.Die Zimmer sind durch die Tiefe nicht sehr hell. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch und nicht günstig. Andererseits ist der Zimmerpreis mit 30$ ohne Frühstück angemessen.
