The main floor is an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen so no need to lug groceries up stairs. The ski room is directly beside the door for your added convenience. The living room boasts a lovely wood burning fireplace and has a powder room on this floor. A new bedroom was just added. It’s a great room for grandparents that want to be on the main floor – no stairs!

The lower level features the three bedrooms, one master ensuite, another full washroom and the laundry room.

Bonus: The hot tub is open for the winter and summer season only. It is closed during the shoulder seasons.

The hot tub entrance is also on this floor through the master bedroom.

Great desirable Knoll location accessed on the quiet Attridge Lane.

There are 3 outdoor parking spots available during your stay. Guests do have access to the single car garage for gear storage but no parking.

Monashee Views is a full equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please Note: This home has an occupied suite in the basement; however, as a renter, you have a very private and separate entrance/driveway and do not share any facilities within the property.

Please note: Minimum of five nights during the Christmas/New Year holiday season.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.

Your hosts live at Silver Star, so we can ensure your holiday is everything you expected. We are also available to provide you with our "insider" tips so that you will love Silver Star as much as we do.

Maximum stay for this property is one month - want to stay longer? Just ask and we may be able to consider it.
