Very clean hotel with a nice sized room. They have a great pet policy and our dogs felt right at home. They even offered a travel water bowl for him. The young lady that did our check-in was very sweet and welcoming. This hotel is great also and that they offer a happy hour complementary cocktail, snacks, and a great breakfast.

I’ve stayed at Oxford Suites Silverdale three times now for business travel, and it continues to be my go-to choice in the area. The location is excellent and truly beautiful. One of the highlights is the bar and breakfast area that overlooks the bay—it’s a great way to start or end the day, especially when traveling for work. The staff consistently stands out as well: everyone I’ve interacted with has been super nice, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference when you’re on the road. The rooms are comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels relaxed yet professional. The only thing that caught me a little off guard was the $50 charge for a late checkout. I don’t see that too often with business travel, but it was clearly communicated and, all things considered, a reasonable amount. Overall, this is a reliable, pleasant place to stay with great views, great service, and a convenient setup for business travelers. I’ve stayed multiple times already and will absolutely continue booking here in the future.

This hotel is stellar! Clean, well-maintained, the dining room offers good evening menu, and a lovely variety for breakfast. The staff was wonderful, clearly folks who like their jobs, which speaks well of the leadership . The location is also a plus, near to shopping and eateries and St. Michael Hospital. The view of the bay is an added plus.

There was some renovation going on that wasn’t labeled at our first arrival. Room had some stuff that wasn’t cleaned on the floor and garbage from previous people under the furniture. Continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. Not many choices.

We know it was a holiday but the main areas of hotel were a little dirty and unkept, in our room we had a chaise that should have been replaced a long time ago. It looked like it belonged in a run down hotel. Torn and worn out. Nothing I would sit in. Only one server in dining area
