Cozy condo with a great view near skiing, hiking, and lots of outdoor fun!

Super convenient near skiing and hiking. Clean and cozy space to call your own whilst on vacation. Two hot tubs, an indoor pool and a sauna are a few steps across the parking lot. There's even a pool table, ping pong, racquetball and steam room for you to enjoy. Laundry is in the clubhouse within walking distance.
The space
Minutes away from Loveland, Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts and everything they have to offer in the winter and summer months. The condo has all the comforts of home and everything you need to have fun here too. Close to everything including restaurants, lake Dillon, bars, grocery stores, bike paths, hiking trails, Snowmobiling, ice skating... Just please remember to have proper equipment if traveling by car in the winter. We are in an alpine environment so 4x4 vehicles and snow tires are highly recommended (and during snow events mandatory to travel on I-70).

The host with the most!

Usually I start with the unit, but Ed was such an awesome host I have to give him a shout out! Not only was he super communicative, but because we had TV reception issues due to the snow, he gave us an unexpected partial refund without even being asked. Also, after we had a package delivery glitch, he found our package and made arrangements with us to retrieve it in the Denver area! This condo is cozy with large south facing widows letting in lots of light and great views of the Rockies. The clubhouse is right across the parking lot. Be prepared for the altitude as the complex is another 1,000 feet up from town, but it's on the first floor with only a few stairs from the parking lot and a few more to the porch. Also, this is one of the best provisioned units I've ever stayed in and a humidifier was provided! Because of the size of the unit, some of the pots, pans and other items are stored on top of the cupboards. It would have been nice to have a step ladder to reach them but a chair worked fine. Even with the complex being located 3 miles up the mountain, all the Summit County resorts are within 20 minutes by car and the bus system is extensive if that's your preference. Highly recommended--thanks Ed!

The property is secluded and quiet with a beautiful view of nearby mountains. The clubhouse has a nice pool, spa, and games. Shopping and restaurants are at the bottom of the hill. Numerous ski resorts are not far away.
