With a private heated pool, 2 jacuzzis (optional extra) and a games room, it is perfect for family holidays.On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite and 1 twin, all with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. One of the double rooms also has a staircase leading to the panoramic terrace.The 4th bedroom is on the ground floor, next to a bathroom. On this floor, there is also a games room with snooker, table football and a gaming machine, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.The living/dining room, on the ground floor, features comfortable sofas, TV and a dining table. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. Sliding doors provide access to the exterior, where there is a large heated pool (optional extra), jacuzzi (optional extra) and sun loungers. The barbecue and outdoor dining area are perfect for socialising.The roof terrace offers outdoor seating, jacuzzi (optional extra) and a barbecue, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. The villa has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms and private parking. The location is excellent, a short distance from shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is an 8-minute walk away.Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
