$16.00 a night to park. Website stated "uncovered parking" under Amenities. When I checked in and I showed the on the web site that if did not indicate a fee, I was told "read the fine print!" They did have breakfast under the amenities but put (fee) next to it. It is non smoking hotel but the 4th floor stinks of Pot! Housekeeping upon request ( I was there 5 days) but everyone put towel and trash outside their door!! Everywhere in the room they advertise things to buy. Water 2.50 a bottle, sticker on the microwave to purchase their pizza! (Delivery extra to your room!) STAY AWAY! WHEN I TRIED TO SPEAK TO THE GENRAL MANAGER RE: PARKING..HE WAS NEVER IN. I SPOKE TO THE AST.MANGER AND SHE WAS SO RUDE, AND COULD CARE LESS! THERE IS NO ATTRACTIONS IN SIMI VALLEY. IT IS A SLEEPY BEDROOM CITY. $16.00 A NIGHT FOR PARKING IS RIDULOUS! NEEDS MAJOR UPDATEING!
