The apartment is 64 m2, is located in a quiet location behind the main house and can be reached via a separate entrance. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
If the weather is not so great, invites a beautiful designed with attention to detail living and dining area to linger. In good weather you can enjoy the beautiful terrace completely for yourself. Nobody bothers you here.

Looking for the most valuable time of the year rest and relaxation? Just want to switch off? Then you are exactly right with us! Enjoy the salty air, the vastness, the sea and the interplay of the tides in one of our apartments, eg. B. Type 'Bonny'. Only 200 meters from the water and the dike, away from the hustle and bustle, and yet you are after 3 km in the center of Husum or at the port. Since our 2000 m2 plot is not on a thoroughfare, it is absolutely quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. You already smell the North Sea when you get out of the car. You can really enjoy the tranquility in our spacious garden. Even a beach chair is ready for you. Several nooks and crannies invite you to barbecue, sit and sunbathe. The children are happy about the big trampoline. Lately there are still 2 hammocks and a table tennis table for leisure activities. Pets are welcome for a small fee. A parking space for your car on the property and a room where you will find a washing machine and a dryer, as well as the bed linen and towels.

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang durch die Vermieter mit anschließenden Rundgang. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Von dort konnten wir viele Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Gerne empfehlen wir die Lokation weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung von Nicole Hansen ist sauber, geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet. Das Haus in Finkhaushallig liegt sehr ruhig ca. 3 km vor Husum. Die Stadt und die Umgebung bietet auch an bewölkten Tagen - davon hatten wir leider sehr viele - Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten unterschiedlichster Art. Einen grünen Strand haben wir in der zweiten Woche hinter dem Hafen gefunden. Wer die Ostsee liebt, wird den Sandstrand vermissen, aber nun haben wir diesen Teil Deutschlands auch kennengelernt. Familie Hansen zeigte sich sehr aufgeschlossen bezüglich unserer Verbesserungs-Hinweise in der Wohnung - wie Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer und eine moderne, höhere Toilette. Ansonsten war alles prima.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt! Super freundliche Gastgeber! Im Großen und Ganzen alles bestens. Laut Beschreibung hat auch alles gepasst und wir waren wirklich zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Die Natur konnte man in vollen Zügen genießen und wir hatten auch rund um die Uhr unsere Privatsphäre und wurden zu keiner Zeit in irgendeiner Form gestört oder fühlten uns gestört. Erholung achter'n Diek

Wir hatten 5 Urlaubstage mit einem Erholungseffekt von 14 Tagen. Die Wohnung war top ohne wenn und aber, mit einer eigenen Terrasse, die Lage absolut ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und fürsorglich. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Deich. Für weitere Ausflüge empfehlen sich Auto oder Fahrrad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung am Rand von Husum

Die Wohnung war schön, es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr guten Matratzen und die völlige Stille am Tag und in der Nacht. Auch der Empfang verlief sehr nett und reibungslos. Einziger Nachteil war die dezentrale Lage in Simonsdorf: da es zu Fuß nach Husum eher zu weit ist, ca. 40min und keine schöne Strecke, sind ein Auto oder ein Auto oder alternativ ein Fahrrad erforderlich - und hilfsweise der öffentliche Bus, der in ca. 600 Meter von der Wohnung und leider nur in größeren Abständen fährt.

Wir bezogen im Juni 2023 eine sehr, sehr saubere Wohnung, der Außenbereich war sehr gepflegt. Die großzügige Wohnung, bestehend aus Wohn-, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad war stielvoll und zweckmäßig eingrichtet. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr usw.) waren vorhanden. Müll lässt sich gut trennen und entsorgen. Der Internetanschluss (WLAN) funktionierte durchgängig. Wir bedanken uns bei Fam. Hansen für die Gastfreundschaft.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen

Sehr schöne, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Auch für unseren Vierbeiner war alles gut hergerichtet (kleiner Garten, Tor verschlossen usw.) Die Ferienwohnung lag im hinteren Teil des Grundstück mit eigenem Zugang. Der Check-in-Vorgang bekommt nur 4 Sterne, weil die Vermieterin 1 Stunde vor Ankunft der Gäste telefonisch benachrichtigt werden möchte. Das haben wir leider nicht gewusst und war auch bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Hier klappt anscheinend die Kommunikation von der Plattform FEWO mit der Vermieterin nicht. Der Punkt "Kommunikation mit der Agentur" bekommt nur 1 Stern. Hier wissen wir nicht so genau was gemeint ist. Es gab keine Kommunikation mit einer Agentur. Deshalb können wir hier eigentlich gar nichts bewerten. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ruhige und geräumige Unterkunft

Ein netter und freundlicher Empfang und alles sauber und funktionierend vorgefunden. Lage hinter dem Haupthaus ist sehr ruhig. Wege und Beleuchtung zur Whg sehr gut. Wohnung ist mit 4 Räumen sehr groß und gut durchorganisiert und gestaltet. Fön, langer Schuhanzieher und scharfe Messer waren vorhanden. Steckdosen auch ausreichend vorhanden. Betten bequem und keine durchhängende Matratzen. Freundliche Nachbarn. Viele Apfelbäume. Mit dem Fahrrad ist viel in der nahen Umgebung zu erkunden.

Hallo Familie Hansen, wir haben den Urlaub in Ihrer Ferienwohnung genossen.

Vor allem der abgeschlossene Garten hatte es uns angetan. Für unsere Dackeldame genau das Richtige. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man überall hin. Sie als Gastgeber waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger erholsamer Lage, aber nicht ab vom Schuss 😁. Alles was man braucht in 5 Autominuten erreichbar, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie etc. Die Vermieter.... klasse. Immer hilfsbereit, freundlich und zu einem "Schnack" bereit.
