Mary's Beach House

Mary's Beach House is a coastal-inspired, 4 bedroom, 4 bath house located in Beacon Hill. The home sits directly on the seashore of the secluded Burgeaux Bay. You will enjoy a beautiful ocean view and direct access to the beach. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife, a supermarket and the infamous Maho Beach!

Mary's Beach House is an excellent getaway oasis. It's family-friendly and trendy with the perfect backdrop of nearby island Saba across the Caribbean Sea. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with smart TV's. You can relax poolside on the spacious pool deck, the rooftop terrace or enjoy outdoor meals, al-fresco syle, with a view. The villa is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. There is a gated driveway for up to 3 vehicles. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are a 10 minute walk away.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Mary's Beach House is not set-up to be a party house. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

Simpson bay no oven

The contact person is inaccurate in the listing and can not be reached as she is not the correct contact for this property. I messaged 2 times and no response. In addition it states in the description to have a “ fully equipped kitchen” , that was not the case. The was no oven , as stated in listing. That is not a fully equipped kitchen. A kitchen.” Additionally the microwave in the house shocks you when you push the open button
