Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Simpson Bay. Right out our door was the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Water clear, warm and beautiful. We especially loved our walks in the morning, enjoying coffee on the water and swimming and soaking up the beautiful sun and salt air. Pool is next door just a short walk and very nice as well. Pictures of condo are accurate. Very responsive property manager.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at your place. The location was wonderful and enjoyed the large deck and the spacious condo. Valentina did a great job cleaning and Gordon was great also. We do wish the oven had been working even though there was a very small toaster oven in the unit. We would definitely consider staying there again if we return to St Maarten!!

Simpson Bay Condo

The location was awesome! The unit was very clean and comfortable. I wish the pool would have been connected to this building and not next door but it was still nice. I would recommend this unit.

Family Girls Trip

The actual property was very nice with beautiful ocean view. After we learned our location, we walked almost everywhere we went within ten to twenty minutes with lots of choices on restaurants and beach areas. Our only challenge, with NO fault to the property, was the overall island challenge with electricity issues. We got use to the daily power outage and it did not put a damper on our overall vacation. Would recommend this unit as a very nice place to stay.

The property is very nice, it could use a minor refresh but all and all we where very pleased. Gordon (Property Manger) was very helpful. The location on the beach is very good, the beach was not crowded and the public access points are quite aways away. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. If Simpson Bay is where you are going I would recommend the condo.I would not recommend a car in this area as the traffic is the worst that we have seen in the Caribbean and we have been to a lot of islands.

Amazing Views, right on the beach!

This condo is perfect! Amazing views right on the beach and access to pool next door. Close to many restaurants and grocery store. You can walk to Mary Boon's and spend the day with Chairs & umbrella and get lunch/drinks. You can also just spend the day on the beach right out front of the condo or enjoy the pool next door. The bed is comfortable and condo has everything you need. Plenty of furniture on the huge balcony overlooking Simpson Bay. Parking right outside the condo. Safe street and no worries here! This condo won't disappoint, don't hesitate to book it!
