Without question, the staff that attended to us during our stay went above beyond our expectations! My wife was experiencing some health problems and the staff guided us to everything that we needed to do to get her the treatment that she needed, and did many things to ensure that we could make our connection on time. The hotel was overall good but the stores underneath the hotel were under renovation all night so it was difficult to fall asleep. In the future it would be good to know of any planned construction in advance. The only other downside was that the bed was a bit short. I'm only 176 cm and I had to sleep in a crouched position to ensure my feet stayed in the bed and that my head didn't hit the headboard.
