The staff was very helpful, in particular, a woman who took charge of retrieving my lost baggage. When I told her that the airline had lost/misplaced my baggage, she took complete charge, contacting the airline several times. And I had my bag the following morning. I lived and worked in Singapore for 2 years, 2010 and 2011 residing in serviced apartments like the Ascott. Now retired and returning for an extended vacation the Ascott Raffles Place provided more value and services than a regular hotel. The location is perfect!
