Not a good stay

When I made the reservation online I specifically asked for a quiet room since we arrived late in the evening after a very long flight from Canada. We were assigned a room on the ground floor facing the street. When asked for a different room I was told that all room were occupied. To no surprise we got woken up by the street traffic, garbage truck and by the voices of peoples passing by the sidewalk In addition on the second day a construction/repair crew started digging right in front of our window. Also ventilation in the bathroom is very inefficient thus the all room was smelly.

Lot need to improve

I am just unable to understand the attitude towards visitor when a request is made , they keep insisting if we are sure of the short fall, especially I was not served bottles of water for one full day and when asked , repeatedly asking if I was sure, cant they just find out themselves and observe their short fall, also when I found more than 5 roaches , they asked me spray them my self , the staff need a good education of client service for sure. just because we have chosen this place it doesnt mean that we had no other choice .

Ummmm. We felt a bit claustrophobic...no natural light or windows...and that was the deluxe room !! Toilet /shower is one room... use shower and there is water everywhere !! Was clean tho .

I stayed in a deluxe room which I still cannot believe, it is a very small sized rooms with a high price tag due to the demand for the prime area. Felt very congested mentally only because of this reason, on the flip side it has amazing painting every where you walk, front line staff are really helpful and best thing is you can walk to train line in 3 mins, with good food availability everywhere

The so called deluxe rooms are little more than dungeons - tiny, no window, no air circulation, damp, no proper shower, just a shower head which sprays water everywhere.The superior rooms are bigger, with a window but still no air circulation, damp and no proper shower. So called luggage storage is just a corner of the reception area,open to the street and no security whatsoever.
