This was our 3rd time here and the Hotel never disappoints. Rooms are modern and comfortable, floor staff are very friendly (especially Ally 21st Floor). The location is excellent with shopping centre across the road and Chijmes dining complex. Taxi's available constantly and MRT a short distance away.

Good choice in downtown Singapore. Rooms are looking a bit tired now - it’s an “old” hotel by Singapore standards. Wah Lok restaurant is fantastic.

We loved our stay here, the only thing was (not their fault) there was a lady on our floor who was not behaving and she became a little threatening to us which made us concerned. The staff did contact us, police were involved (completely random event) but they kindly offered us a suite. We did not wish to move so they then gave us Club lounge access to compensate for the trauma and stress. Manager and staff there were very attentive. The general buffet breakfast was lovely on our first day but after that we had amazing views and food for following 2 days. Very grateful Would go back. Convenient to transport and amenities all parts of Singapore, just opposite Raffles hotel! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

The property and staff were good. Unfortunately we were never checked on to replenish our amenities. The cleaning staff did not speak English. We had to constantly ask the staff to replenish our bath soap and it never came.

The Carlton is a good choice for downtown Singapore. Good value, comfortable and the Wah Lok restaurant is exceptional. If you arrive in the morning bear in mind that formal check in is at 15.00. You will be able to have a shower at the pool, but won’t be able to access your room until 13.00 at the earliest.

The staff are helpful. The rooms are excellent. It has the best gym I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was good although I think it could have had more variety (like more asian input) Great location.
