Hotel is decent. Staff at the reception were not very welcoming, more like just doing their job. No smiles whatsoever. Rooms are clean and meets basic needs. No bidets in toilets. No halal food options. Pool was average, perhaps needs some maintenance as I could find broken tiles. Hotel is located in a prime area so getting around, shopping and dining outside the hotel offers plenty of options.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff, rooms, location, food, swimming pool, facilities and the great welcome you receive from everyone. They even look after your bags, if you arrive before check in and also after you check out but before you need to go to the airport. The hotel provides changing rooms during these times for you to freshen up. It must be good because Emirates flight crew also use this hotel!
