We stayed on 2 different occasions over 10 days. Our first stay was terrible. The room location was not good. The bathroom was terrible with a cracked wash basin and had a bad odour. I suspect a smoking room - despite asking for non smoking. Our second stay was much better. The room was clean and a much better location.

The hotel is conveniently placed to bus, train and other transport, shopping and dining. The hotel rooms and amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful and professional. Fabulous location at the Carlton Hotel Singapore!

A fabulous 8 nights in Singapore, could easily have stayed an extra 2 days, so much to explore. Hotel was fabulous, it is the best location to many sites, especially is you love walking, only needed MRT to visit Sentosa Island.
