If you are arriving to Singapore late in the evening or early hours of the morning then this hotel is ideal. Located with access directly to Terminal 3 and a minute walk from the skytrain station as well as a short walk to the Jewel shopping centre, this hotel was perfect for us. It has an amazing pool, 24/7 room service and helpful staff. I’ll definitely stay here again.

All was good except request to have nearby rooms with daughter and children after it was requested at check in. We were told it was all sorted for her check in the next day but when she arrived her room was on a totally different floor. Generally a nice relaxing stay but for a 5 star hotel I would have expected better service. Waited for approx 30mins for my luggages to be brought up to my room. I think that is unacceptable. We were allocated a high floor room near the planes take off zone and it was so noisy!! You could hear planes taking off throughout the night. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected better (noise cancelling windows etc). Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and bedsheets were luxurious. Another pro is that its located within the airport so easy access if you are catching another flight. Gymnasium was good.

Great place to stay for early morning flight. Pool was fantastic, and their restaurant was very good. Small detail, only instant coffee was available in the room.
