Right in the airport, there are many links of transport to wherever you want to go, connect walking to huge shopping centre Jewel. ,The room is large with all you needs, slippers, dressing gowns… staff is friendly and helpful.

Change is a unique experience in luxury and seeing how the “others” live. The rooms at Crown Plaza are really well designed and maintained. They have filtered water so that plastic water bottles are not necessary. Towels are well lay out. Climate in the room is truly adjustable. There wasn’t much of a view, but that was a small complaint. The jewel is a glass mall adjacent to the Chrome Plaza hotel. This multilevel building is otherworldly. There is a waterfall passing through the center of it because it is actually donut shaped. In the central part of the building, there are tropicalplants growing. The building contained so many restaurants so as to make it difficult to choose there are also stores of all kinds, including clothing, groceries, travel, etc. I could’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza another couple of weeks without boredom

The best. If you like aeroplanes spend the extra $$$ and get a runway view room. Unbelievable. You can lay in bed and watch the action.The room is huge. I was impressed that IHG does not supply plastic bottled water daily but has a filtered water outlet and supplies glasses to drink this water. The bedding was 5 star. The club lounge access which is available as an extra for this room was well and truly worth it. Huge,quality buffet breakfast and access for evening drinks and canapés for 2 hours.

Excellent location with walkable/sky train access to the airport terminals and the Jewel. We had a pool access room which was perfect for famillies & kids. Great service for breakfast & evening drinks in the lounge. Would recommend.

A beautiful hotel that certainly met my expectations. I did have to ask for a new electric kettle and the tv cable had to be adjusted. Staff attended to these problems instantly. Very happy with my stay.
