This hotel never fails to deliver the best airport hotel experience which matches the best airport in the world it is attached too! Great rooms , friendly and efficient staff ( expect no less in Singapore!) First time with runway view room great for me asa bit of an aviation geek not so good on noise levels when trying to sleep for less enthusiastic occupants ! Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay!

The hotel was very accessible from the terminal and right next to the Jewel. The room was spacious and the view of the runway was very cool. Very comfortable bed and pillows and great shower. The self check-in option didn't work well for us, but that didn't matter to us. The staff at the check-in were friendly and quick.
