Tight but cozy room. Everything was great. Liked the pool the most, too bad the water was a bit lukewarm for our European taste (we like it a bit warmer in hot weather). Great experience nevertheless.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Pool Access Room & we had Club Access. Our room was on the 5th floor. Room was a reasonable size & clean. Room servicing is only done after a 3 night stay but they have clean towels & amenities on each floor which you can access during your stay. Buffet breakfast was good, with a range of cuisines on offer. Club access gave us food & drinks for 2 hours daily between 6-8pm. We were looked after by Iskander during our nightly visits who is the most lovely man. He is friendly, welcoming you like an old friend. He remembered our drink orders & made sure we were well looked after. The pool area is fantastic. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Loved the open, family friendly environment. Large, spacious lobby with waterfall lounge is a welcome sight. Breakfast buffet was definitely well worth it with various options. Proximity of the hotel to the riverwalk, Orchard road shopping makes it ideal place to stay for vacation or business.

Lovely hotel to stay in for a few nights. Staff incredibly helpful and attentive. Hotel room okay. Bathroom modern. Bed very hard and firm. Drawers in wardrobe broken. We went to the Waterfall Lounge for breakfast one of the mornings. Food arrived 40 mins after ordering.

The Lobby is big and comfortable for photo taken. The breakfast is good too with variety of food. I do not like the room is a bit old , but with reasonable cleanness. The location is closed to Great Wall City shopping center for basic needs.
