Overall it was a nice stay. Room was nice but beds are a little short. Tall people wouldn't be able to stretch out. No carpet on the floor which was great for allergies. Room service and a la carte menu unavailable after 9:30pm and $99 a head for a buffet seemed a little excessive. Staff are super helpful. Train station a short walk away and easy to navigate. Would stay here again no problems.

I stayed at this hotel with family recently for a 5 night stay. The concierges at the front were courteous and friendly, as were the staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was abundant with lots of choices, the staff always helpful and kind. We enjoyed the pool & loved sitting on the verandah during happy hour watching the world go by on the boardwalk along Robertson quay. The doormen were always polite & friendly with Jensen being our favourite. He had a chat to us every morning while we were waiting to go out for the day, always enquiring where we were off to & giving us tips. Always had a welcoming smile on our return. The hotel is very clean and quiet and all the staff we encountered were very professional & friendly. Hopefully we will be back one day soon.

I had to book this hotel twice because I accidentally selected the wrong date the first time. However, the hotel initially agreed to issue a refund, so I rebooked for the correct date. A few months later, when I followed up on the refund, I discovered that the hotel had changed its decision without informing me. Overall, I believe this is a poor business practice.

Nice hotel, close to metro station that can take you to all attractions in Singapore, very good breakfast, hotel crew very helpful. Room could be little bigger. Check in was a little confused. Definitely would stay again.
