unable to get refund for one night as our flight was changed. There is a game played by hotel.com to avoid refunding it despite have taking out insurance. I never again use your services, and I will make a complaint to the attorney General of Pennsylvania and the BBB

The most disgusting hotel we've ever seen. Terrible service, terrible staff. To be more specific, not a single request was answered. When we called the hotel and asked why they weren't responding to our inquiries, we received the response: "Unfortunately, your reservation wasn't made directly, so we can't help you." Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially during Christmas and New Year's. It was simply disgusting.
