My 4-day stay in Singapore (and hotel) was awesome. Staff from front desk, breakfast and housekeeping are all nice and helpful. Room is clean even its a little smaller than regular hotel rooms in the states.

Well located and good value

Had everything we needed for a few days in Singapore. Walkable to quite a few attractions/areas of interest and 10 mins from MRT for most other things. Rooms not the largest if you have big cases, but otherwise well equipped. A surprisingly good selection at breakfast.

Holiday Inn Singapore

Having stayed here several years ago, I booked it again for the location & the fabulous breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t good at all, very little choice. In fact we just had fruit, as it was so poor. There was no Courtesy room to use having checked out & not flying from Singapore until the evening. We were allowed to use the gym shower area. It was pouring with rain & the area is outdoors- we were drenched as was our luggage. No where to plug anything in & changing outdoors is not acceptable,

Hotel is close walking distance to Chinatown where there are restaurants. Driving close to attractions. Staff are friendly, helpful quick to service. Special mention to Serene and May at breakfast dining who were very helpful and cheerful to help my friend surprise me for my birthday on New Year’s Eve as I entered dining for breakfast at the hotel. The staff which included those in the reception counter sang Happy Birthday. Really made my day. Reception gave me a stub 2 free drinks, too. I give staff 5 stars.
