Nice hotel close to Orchard Rd and two MRT stations, so centrally and conveniently located. Staff were professional and friendly. The pool and gym facilities were highlights, as was access to the Executive Lounge due to the premium room booking. It missed out on 5 stars as the property is getting a little old and tired and is probably due for a refurbishment soon.

It’s really convenient in terms of location. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and ours smelled musty - really unpleasant. It’s a shame as the rest of the hotel looked rather lovely! The pool area was great and the kids really enjoyed that. I’d not stay here again just due to the smell and the dated bathroom with shower over bath.

Over priced and poor standard

Check in was good and straightforward and the staff are nice but that’s about the best thing about this hotel, as well as the location. Bathroom - super cramped and we had to squeeze into the shower as the shower opens outwards into the bathroom door in the super tiny space . Very poor design. Room - it’s a good size and bed is comfortable. But little storage space for clothes. Lots of handing space but only 5 hangers provided and folding drawers occupied with their stuff so we had to pretty much live out of our boxes. Also we got a crib for our little one and it was made of metal which wasn’t great. Our baby kept hitting her head on the metal bars and crying and also biting into it which hurt her 2 tiny teeth. Food - we got the club access and honestly was a waste of money for our 4 days there. Breakfast was a sub par level of main breakfast downstairs with little options so ended up just going downstairs for breakfast but only had this once as well as wasn’t great. No oats or any form of porridge or even any potatoes or any good simple options for my little one to have. Even the vegetables were super salty and couldn’t give her those either. The juices as super concentrated and not fresh at all. For adults I wasn’t impressed either and after the 1st morning didn’t bother with breakfast. Club access snack and drinks - terrible . Their cocktails were the worse . Whisky sour tastes nothing like whisky sour and even gin and tonic tasted off. Went once and didn’t return .
