Very poor experience. Both the room and bathroom had a strong mold smell, making the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning could only be turned on or off by the front desk, with no control in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and the mobile phone signal was extremely weak. Basic comfort standards were not met. I do not recommend this hotel.

Wouldn't really recommend very old hotel, can add a bit more and stay in a much cleaner hotel, the place was very dirty, came to stay overnight but had to check out without staying the night, Housekeeping staff very rude, requested for an extra bed sheet as there was a spil but they were so rude and refused to give, when clearly I could see he had a pile on his trolley.

Very basic condition ( you get what you paid for)toilet and shower in poor conditions. Room is make up as requested but floor is not swept or cleaned. Only make the bed and fresh towels are supplied. Close to MRTs and food court or restaurants are pros.

I had a great experience staying here. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, making it a perfect choice for long-term stays. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and all the basic facilities were available. Terrible stay at this hotel. Very tiny room, not very clean, very bad smell in the bathroom, smells like mold. There are inappropriate people visiting and making inappropriate noises in this hotel all the time. Area is very good, close to many good restaurants.
