It is very convenient to MRT stations and all tourist precincts; Staff were helpful with luggage storage and customer's care. Adequate air conditioning helps with keeping the room cool and comfortable. however, the pillows were too bulky and high to use as these can badly affect the necks; prefer softer and more comfortable pillows-hence used no pillow for sleeping. Only minor complaint was that the small fridge did not work and was very smelly - seemed not to have been fixed for a long time.

I was booked twice and I have emailed you but have

Pros: Service by Mohan to front door man is excellent. You want to come back because of him.
Cons: Needs new carpet in the rooms. A bit old and worn out.
Location: Eating places and places of interest are close by.Transport is excellent from here.
Excellent here at this hotel. But I need you to cancel one of the two bookingings you place against Kevn Hennessy at the same time. Please do not charge me twice for the same bookings. I sent an email when I arrived at this Hotel.

Clean hotel but a bit dated.

Pros: Location is good. Staff went out of their way to be friendly. Breakfast was ok. Was able to have shower at hotel in evening after checkout.
Cons: Hotel could do with a refurbishment.
Location: Good central location with plenty of shopping and food outlets nearby.
Lots of MRT construction and roadworks outside and a new hotel being built next door but we weren't disturbed by noise. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was green and cloudy when we looked at it and should have been cordoned off for safety reasons, but was fine and clear the next day.

Central Location

The hotel is very close to famous Orchard Road and to buses and the MRT. Great if you're out visiting all day and need a cool room and a comfortable bed to rest at night. The staff is friendly and helpful.

needs refurbishing

Pros: clean bed
Cons: carpets, cleanliness of windows
Location: Bencoolen street is an interesting place and easy to get to. close to everything
very small rooms with dirty old carpets and window looking at a cement wall about 3 meters away. Beds were clean, so was the bathroom apart from the mouldy old shower curtain.
