A hotel with all the amenities you'd want in a neighborhood where locals live and dine. The Indigo's interior (rooms, etc.) is filled with Peranakan-inspired decor. Staff couldn't be nicer. Wonderful stay out of the hectic pace of the central city, yet a quick ride by taxi or bus into the heart of Singapore.

Good location and even better once MRT completed. Good bus connections and local shopping . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate in staying here again . Only thing that could be improved was additional lighting....in order to allow privacy, the curtains had to be kept closed most of the time hence darkening the room . The WC was at opposite end of the room which was also a slight inconvenience. Another disconcerting issue was the design of the shower / bathroom which had no privacy from the exterior unless blinds and curtains were carefully positioned: our room was on the 15 th floor but at an angle to the adjacent Holiday Inn hotel .On our departure day , there appeared to be a man in work overalls on the same level with a camera mounted on a tripod peeping at rooms below our floor !
