Amazing, attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Hotel Mi rochor is also highly convenient - it's right next door to a metro station. Would highly recommend staying here!

Helen from the front desk was really helpful with local knowledge. Recommended a great place for chilli crab. Good all round service. Room a little on the small side for our family of 4. Would have given 5 stars but the breakfast buffet food could be better. Excellent location and short drive from the Changi airport. Right near Richor MRT, Simlim square and multiple bus routes.

Basic hotel with really good and fast service, property is well maintained, near a Rochor MTR only 1 minute walking in a shaded zone, there are a lot of construction over there and many sidewalks are closed. Compact room without a place to properly storage the suitcases and/or the clothes, and had only 1 table to share by the bed side, blackout curtains ensured optimal rest. Soundproofing needs improvement. The city view from the room was a plus. The shower door would work better not opening outward making water to flow out of the shower area and overflow every time taking a shower, also it blocks the toilet area, filtered water tap in bathroom was helpful along with the mini fridge. Based on this experience the location, amenities, the value for money and the attention from the staff makes this hotel a good choice.

I was very impressed with the hotel, facilities and customer service. Firstly, I've got to say that the reception staff did a sterling job checking-in our group of 10 people. They were able check us in early which was really appreciated as we'd come a long way. Special shout-out to Andre, James and Rusydi. Guys, you were fab. The rooms might be on the slightly smaller size but the room allocated to my wife and I was able to comfortably fit in 4 suitcases and 2 trolley cases. There was a free gym, swimming pool and also self-service laundry at the hotel. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. The hotel was within easy walking distance to Rocher MRT and Little India. Overall a great experience and value for money.

Cleaning staff did amazing job. Great location. Took the subway everywhere, tap and go, easy to navigate. Very crowded tiny lobby no matter what time of the day. Rooms are on the smaller side even tho reception said they gave me an upgrade. Very tight bathrooms the size of airplane bathrooms.

View of Little India and Sultans Palace from hotel. However, Singapore is hot and humid so I didn't walk anywhere. Real feel temps were over 102 degrees in October.
Since I lived in NYC, it was super easy to hop on and off and transfer lines. Not to mention, how clean the subway was.

The hotel is clean and staff is great, that offset the negatives. The room had an odor initially when the door is opened, lighting was poorly placed for reading, hot water in the shower was luke warm and construction worked day and night right outside our room.

Room was compact but clean, ideal for couple of nights at most. Good location for MRT lines. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was limited choice wise with some unusual offerings such as chicken nuggets...we ate some watermelon but ended up going to a coffee shop for breakfast. The biggest issue we had was that we were given a road side room on the 3rd floor and there are extensive noisy works directly outside the hotel. On our first day we asked reception what hours they were working and we were told 10am to 6pm which we were ok about. We were woken up at 8am by diggers and cranes, then on Fri eve we tried to get some sleep before an early 14hr flight but couldn't due to the noisy works which were still going on st 10pm. We checked out and left early to sit in the airport rather than listen to the racket from the works. Overall really disappointed.
