地理位置很好楼下就是地铁站，旁边有公交直达机场。从机场用grab打车大概23刀。 工作人员都很热情，房间也ok。浴室角落有一点发霉不过可以忍受。隔音效果确实不好，晚上经常有外国人在走廊串门聊天能听的非常清楚。早睡需要带耳塞

Everything was great but the staff was above all the best part of our stay. Peng (I hope I spelled it right) at the front desk, the staff who helped us with our luggage, and lastly when out Grab driver refused to take us to the airport at 5am, they were able to arrange transportation that was on site within 10 minutes.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very convenient location opposite the MRT station and walking distance to the Bugis shopping centre. Lots of dining options around the hotel. Friendly and easy check in. Rooms are compact but well set out. Would stay again when in Singapore.

Room very small and view from window terrible, however solved by keeping blind shut. MRT right next door and we used it to get around. Very efficient and cheap. Pool was great. A decent option for a stay in Singapore.

This was a great location, almost opposite the subway and easy to get to attractions and the airport. It was also convenient to walk to a lot of nearby areas I wanted to visit. My room was small but clean, modern and perfect. The swimming pool was a brilliant bonus that I hadn’t noticed when booking. The staff were excellent and the offer of a room to get showered in before leaving for the airport, hours after I had checked out was excellent. I’ve never had that in a hotel before. I would definitely stay there again.

It has all the essentials

I was assigned the room at the podium level, the same level as the swimming pool. The first thing I don't like is the view outside the window, which opens to the garden. It's a rainy week, so there's not much sunlight entering the room. Plus, this area is accessible to anyone, which means someone in the garden can look inside your room, which is a privacy issue. I had to lower the curtain during the whole stay. This floor is noisy, with guests moving around. Sometimes I heard the conversation from the next room, then I found out it's because of some wooden wall between us. I stayed for 2 nights, and my toothbrush was replaced on the next day, which I planned to use it for the whole stay.

Great service and easy access to subway

It was a wonderful service, we were offered earlier check in and late check out for free. Our flight was departing late hence we left out luggage and walk through the city. When we returned complementary shower also was offered. Excellent service

Firstly, we cannot commend the staff here enough (particularly 2 of the day staff and 1 night staff) - we had a couple of issues during our time in Singapore and the team couldn't have been more accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was affected as little as possible. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, close by to all local amenities and public transport links that take you directly to all major attractions. Breakfast was a highlight - a choice between 2 off-site (but closeby) restaurants, with an excellent range of food that varied slightly day to day which kept it interesting. Nice pool area which is well maintained, but could do with having more loungers & chairs as when it got busy people were having to stand or use the hard floor to sit on. Overall a great stay and would recommend stopping here if you're looking for somewhere that's decent value and offers more than just the average compact pod-style hotel in Singapore.

It is next to blue line and close to yellow line. I selected this hotel because of easy access to National Stadium and easy transfer to Changi. The staff are cordial. The room is clean. The bathroom is probably my fave facility here. Good coffee and food are nearby. Good location as a base to move around. I don't think I will return if I have other choices unless I know how to get a room that guarantee to be quiet with better natural light. Mine was 2nd floor next to a swimming pool, I can't open the curtain with privacy. The walls are thin. Staff said I need to tell them if it's loud and they will ask other guests to low their voice. I wish they could offer me options even if I have to pay, I don't mind at all. Also, I am not fans of the colors. This is minor and not important, esp if you spend time outside. This is my personal preference and now I know. However it was nice stay.

Great Location

We only stayed here for 2 nights but loved the location of the hotel. The rooms are quite small but fine for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and staff were helpful. We particularly appreciated the complimentary use of a room to shower and change after we had checked out! The only minus is the air-con, which didn't seem to cool the room down as much as other hotels we have stayed in, in Singapore.
