Great location and very good value, comfortable accommodation, providing breakfast daily. This was a wonderful base for our week’s stay in Singapore. Within walking distance to many attractions, such as Suntec City, Marina Gardens by the Bay and Orchard Road. MRT train stop 100 metres away. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Overall quite disappointed, nothing like what I saw in the pictures. Room was in need of refurbishment but worst of all was the poor housekeeping. I understand there maybe a staff shortage but not once was the room vacuumed in the 9 days I was there. The upper half of the tall mirror in the room had not been cleaned in months, previous guests had used their finger to put the date in the dust…September and again in December 2021. Hallway carpets were not vacuumed daily. There is better value elsewhere.

Close to transport , comfortable and spacious room

Pros: Comfortable and spacious room, great location, very close to MTR and bus stops, situated in a quiet and beautiful area,
Cons: There were some very tiny ants found in the room, required spraying which seemed to have solved the problem.
Location: Under 5 min’s walk to MtR, bus stops also close by, no problem getting to other attractions,great for visiting art galleries , museums and university.
Comfortable room, quiet, convenient ,close to transport, eateries, located near art gallery, National museum, university and other well known land marks

Great location

Great location, central walking distance to everything, china town the river precinct, little India etc. breakfast was great lots of options.

Mould!!!

There was mould on the bathroom walls and on the mat.

A good-sized room in a good location

Pros: Size of rooms.
Cons: Better breakfast - in particular, a better choice of cereals and fruits.
This older-style hotel has good-sized, very comfortable, rooms - making them good to undertake work in. The location is convenient to major shopping centres, food areas, and SMRT stations. It is good value for the money.

Pros: as above
Cons: all is fine to me
Location: Great location nice and close to shops easy walking distance
after staying three days if returning to Singapore I would book my hotel at Hotel Royal@ Queens because the staff very helpful and the hotel was very clean and from the fifteenth floor the view was panoramic

Tourist Hotel

Pros: It was marginally better than spending the night at the airport.
Cons: Replace the impossibly hard bed.. The plumbing needs to be investigated. Range of breakfast food needs to be increased.
Location: Relatively good location in the Colonial District.
A very basic tourist hotel with the hardest bed I have ever slept on. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing for someone wanting Western style food especially the very limited range of breakfast cereals. Staff were pleasant.
