The check-in staff were helpful & friendly on 23Nov. However the toilet was leaky & the noise disturbed our sleep. The hotel was informed on the next morning but nothing changed & got worse with frequent flushing noise till we left on 26 Nov. Every night sleep was bad.

We booked for two nights (room without windows). The first night we were given a room with strong sewage smell, and the toilet didn't flush well. We were told the smell was "normal". After complaining to the front desk, we were given another room (upgraded to a room with windows) on the second night and it was much better. So it seemed like the lack of windows were giving rise to those sewage smell? Anyhow, we were fine with rooms without windows, but we never expect the smell so if you are booking for the no-window rooms, be prepared.

Hotel staff very helpful making our stay pleasant. Hotel is very close to Lavender MRT which makes getting around Singapore easy. Room was basic but good enough for our 2 day stay. Only downside was the breakfast which was a bit grim.

I arrived in the early morning after a long flight and was very grateful that I was able to check in early at 12pm. The app is easy to use and they update you once the room is ready. The area is near two local shopping centres with plenty of food options. The room is spacious with plenty of room to put things hangers, big comfortable bed too. There's no window which isn't a problem for me. The only down side is that the shower does splash everywhere even though there's a curtain, although the ventilation is strong and does dry up quickly, I did unfortunately slipped when walking out of the bathroom. Might be worth bringing an extra pair of slippers and be extra careful.

Very basic property too far from the city area. Budget hotel by name and budget amenities. Rooms very small and do not correspond to pictures on website. Had to pay for an upgrade to a room a little bigger but it had a window. Will not stay there again.

The room I initially received had no windows and felt isolated. However, when I asked Mages for assistance, he was able to quickly find me a room with windows. Chris was also very helpful throughout the process. The breakfast served was good, and the front desk staff were friendly and very attentive. I recommend checking the room before you book it.

Don't recommend this. The Expedia mentioned as washer available in the property but it was not. The rooms are small and no sound proof. We can hear the next room people talking. The staffs were good but the property conditon is average

Not a 3 star hotel. Bathroom's floor gets wet after a shower because there is no shower door. They only provide one liquid that serves as shower gel and shampoo.Towels are thinner than most of 3 star hotels. Front desk people are friendly and helpful. It is close to subway stations. Many food choice nearby.

In the heart of Lavender

The hotel is located within walking distance of Lavender MRT. A supermarket is located across the road as well as a food centre. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Access to the main lobby is via stairs. There is a ramp to the side of the building but I did not see sign postings. I am unable to open the window for fresh air (not that you need to due to Singapore's humidity). The room is not big, suitable for solo and couples. It is a "budget" hotel after all that is conveniently located. The room is not very sound-proof as I can hear the neighbours. Also, when someone use the showers, I can hear the water running down the drain. Although there is blackout curtains, I still get sunlight through the bathroom window and bathroom door thus the room is still lit if you try to sleep during the day. My room is located on the main street but it is a quiet main street so traffic noise is negligible for a four level hotel.

The hotel is very accesible. Area was near to all tourist attraction. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakwast included and it was good.
