The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. Everything was well organised and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff , Kei and Ganes from the main restaurant were excellent. Super well equipped .. the main lift system was extremely fast and efficient..never had to wait more than a few seconds Great gym and pool too Only comment with breakfast was that I didn't like the coffee. I found it very bitter but I guess its a matter of choice

Almost perfect. The staff were incredible - really really polite, friendly and helpful. I’ve not experienced this level of service anywhere else. Docked one star because the bars don’t open until 5. Not a problem for many people but when you’re on holiday (me at least), and you fancy a relaxing glass of wine or a beer (or a soft drink), you’d expect this. Otherwise outstanding

Take my advice and don't bother booking this hotel. The check-in process was chaos, with some people having to wait up to 3 hours for their room to be ready. The staff were not great and didn't really seem to care to help; it was all surface-level hospitality. Also, the fact that my bathroom ceiling was leaking and had flooded the floor didn't seem to warrant any sense of urgency. I called the front desk and housekeeping, but no one picked up. I called the concierge, and they were so nonchalant about it. I waited 10 minutes and had to chase them again. When the engineers finally came, I had to personally request housekeeping; otherwise, I would have been left with a wet bathroom. We didn't even get a call back to ask if everything was alright and to check if the problem had been resolved. Even on check-out, it was chaos, so I just did an express checkout and left. The room itself was dated, and the paint on the bed was chipped. In general, it hasn't been well-maintained. Considering how much they charge per night, it's astonishing how rubbish their service is. I have never experienced such bad service from a 5-star hotel, especially one that prides itself on provindimg 'ultimate luxury'.
