The staff were absolutely incredible, we were checked in earlier than 3pm which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was clean, very beautiful and the space was used very well. It felt like a home away from home, while I was here on a business trip. Whilst I didn't get to use the pool, i did pop up to see it in the morning and it had such a great view. The gym is small and over 2 levels, but very adequate for a traveller to use. There's also some great art all over the hotel, and the batik pattern robes inside the room are a lovely touch.

Very good service on all levels Fantastic location (just next to Raffles place) Negative part was that there were some construction works for the external walls of the hotel and it was not specified in the website or here Breakfast range could be better However I definitely recommend it as it was good value for this money and should be very nice after construction is over

Shops and places to eat nearby, but hotel itself was small and cramped atypical of what you normally experience in Singapore. Who on Earth goes to Singapore to experience a New York style hotel. Gym is basically two running machines in a small room. The restaurant was undergoing complete refurbishment so there was no fine food to experience that the photos elude to. Never again and not for me.

Really a 3 star hotel

Rooms are very small but comfortable. No restaurant, pool bar is open for a couple hours a day for wine and beer. Staff are friendly, and it's convenient location

Very Happy Stay

We were checked in well after midnight by a lovely bright and friendly lady who was very welcoming The location in the Colonial district was great with loads of cafes specialty and local restaurants with minutes walk The rooftop pool is gorgeous Unfortunately the rooftop bar is only opened between 5 - 7 pm while the pool is opened to 10pm…….would be great to have nibbles and drinks while the pool is open
