Some staff are rude but most of the staff are professional. Breakfast food not quite appealing but average. Staff in the breakfast area very friendly professional and respectful. Very happy how they serve you.!

Spacious room but it's quite old. At first we got a room with windows facing construction a "sound barrier". That also meant we had complete block, no view. Quite ridiculous but they changed our room thankfully. Pool was pleasant.

My room was a very nice size and has a great view of the pool. I appreciated the amenities provided by a club room, including laundry, drinks in my room, and the breakfast and snacks in the lounge. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Julius for the personal attention that made a huge difference. Unfortunately a large amount of hair was left on the wall in my shower. I let staff know upon leaving the hotel and when i got back it looked like someone had attended to the bathroom but had not cleaned the shower so I needed to clean it myself.

Reception made us feel welcome on arrival. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, the air-con worked, and the pool was fabulous. The location was quiet, but super convenient to shopping and the MRT. Our only issues were: low pressure in the shower - but we're used to high pressure so it wasn't a major; and the kettle in the room was faulty.

Good hotel would recommend
Good spacious room for reasonable price. Very friendly room service lady. Cleanliness is good in general. However they seem to always missed the part under the tile on the sink area. This spot is hidden, but its moldy and disgusting (can only be seen if you sit on the toilet and looking towards the sink)
