I had a fantastic, luxurious stay at Pan Pacific Hotel. The room was spacious with a spectacular view. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was amazing—though a bit pricey. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Gardens by the Bay and Suntec Shopping Centre. Highly recommended!

Super nice! Had a great city view from the 32nd floor. Super walkable and accessible to metro, shopping and dining options. Great crafted drinks at bar only a little pricey. Room service and restaurant were also pricey. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Pan Pacific Service Disappointing in Singapore

Great hotel and location and, for the most part, good service. Upon check-in, they gave me a lower class room than I booked. When I got to the room, the door wasn’t closed and it smelled a bit musty. The front desk was immediately apologetic admitting their “mistake”…and put me in the class of room I booked. Because I was not a frequent visitor and likely because I was American, they may have tried to pull a fast one. After that, it took a half hour and three calls to get my luggage brought up - I had asked to keep it with me but the bellman was very insistent that I let them handle it. My regret. I’ve stayed in other Pan Pacific properties - this is not what I would have expected. Still, it’s a great property but in Singapore you expect no compromise on service.

Checked in at 5.30pm and one of our rooms wasn’t ready. No explanation. Offered some chocolates for the kids as compensation. Never arrived. No room. Then disappointed kids!! Thanks! Otherwise was OK. Room wasn’t serviced until we asked at 5pm. Only really needed water etc.
