Staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and caring. Rooms really clean. Great room service and location of the hotel. Fabulous views and amazing club lounge. The breakfasts were really good, had a bit of everything to start your day and plenty of it. The pool was lovely.

Pan Pacific was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable — quick, efficient and genuinely warm, with every member of staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Singapore Slings were delicious, and the pool staff deserve a special mention for being attentive without ever being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Food throughout the hotel was tasty and very reasonably priced for the quality, and the location is excellent — it really speaks for itself. A wonderful stay and somewhere we would happily return to.

Excellent hotel in a great location within Singapore. Near to Marina bay and an underground train station very close by meant easy access to everywhere. Staff attentive, polite and really nice. Breakfast was a huge choice and variety of cuisine.

This hotel has pricing of a resort but offers amenities of a cheap motel. The reception is cold and dismissive. I was supposed to get an upgrade but didn’t get one. The room was a shoe box with showers so small that you can’t fully close the door. So I wanted to change but they wanted 140 dollars more. If you want to overpay get pathetically unprofessional reception with minimal amenities this is for you. Concierge Brendon was friendly and warm which was an exception. Don’t go to this hotel.

Excellent overall as expected, except (1) we were initially given the wrong room (my daughter and I specifically requesteda room with two beds) and (2) the room had a very bad smell coming from the HVAC vent.
