Staff was very co-operative, rooms are clean and convenience to the MRT was great. Just 1 complaint: for some reason the room had a constant damp smell (even after daily housekeeping) and it seemed like there was no way to get rid of it.

Good price for the location and cleanliness.

Room a little bit smaller in comparison to the pictures when booking. The room was clean though which is good. The bathroom could do with modernising as the shower curtain doesn’t stop water from going everywhere but it’s not a major issue. Location is good, close to a mall and Little India but only a 20-30 min walk to Clarke Quay, Chijmes, the bay and other highlights. Staff were friendly, the cafe breakfast looked good (we didn’t get it). The coffee was good though.

Pros: -Great location, pretty central to everything. -Friendly staff, no negative interactions and everyone was helpful. -Pool, pretty solid pool -The AC in the room, lifesaver in Singapore. Cons: -The shower: it is a standing shower that relies on a curtain to keep water off of the floor. But the curtain does not touch the floor so your bathroom floor will be wet for an hour after showering. -Laundry, there is no laundry onsite unless you want to pay that normal hotel fee that is per shirt and pair of underwear for outrageous amounts. Other than that, there is a place that is super close that you can take your laundry to. Meh: -Gym, there is 1 machine that can do a lot of things. None of them that well, but you can workout here. Also there is 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. -The bed, they are pretty dang firm. If you like that, cool. If not, it's not great.

In der Nähe zu MRT (5 Min.), Hawkers und vielerlei Geschäften (15 Min.), 7Eleven gleich nebenan Etwas beengte Zimmer mit kleinem Kleiderschrank Reinigungspersonal hat soweit alles gut erledigt, aber den vielen Staub nicht gesehen freundliches Personal Zimmertüren schließen etwas zu laut Klimaanlage und Wlan funktioniert gut Schimmel im Duschraum Dusche einwandfreier Wasserdruck flüssige Handseife, sowie Shampoo und Duschgel vorhanden, ebenso Fön seperates gefiltertes Trinkwasser Frühstücksauswahl (Buffet) reichhaltig, aber finde etwas zu teuer TV -wer es braucht- keine vernünftigen Programme zügiger CheckIn/Out

Clean room and kind staff. We asked for an early breakfast cause we had an early flight and they arranged a box for us. Than we had a flight delay so they allow us to have the normal breakfast. Very kind and available staff and managers. Recommended
