Although the room we booked, standard double, showed views from a window the room we were give had plastic covering over them so no views whatsoever. We had to pay 40 dollars more for an upgrade. The upgrade was exactly the same but with a view. The room was cleaned daily, the staff courteous.

The whole experience staying at Robertson Quay Hotel was terrible. Will never stay or recommend this place. From reception on arrival being so rude to the room so small and the complete hotel dirty and appearance….

I was asked to pay additional $35 during check in for my 6 years old daughter to stay. Unfortunately no Extra bed or pillow were given for that after payment even after ask. Aircond functionality worst, unable to control and it's running too cold all the way. Pool and surrounding condition bad.

Bed was hard and you feel the springs, it isnt queen sized like what i paid for. The room is torned out. Water running on the wall. No bidet. The blankets was just 3 layers of cloth put together. No hot water. Toilet was filthy. It wasnt what i expected of a decent room, even. Staffs were smiling but no customer service. The windows arent noise proof so i could hear the construction work all the time. A very very bad experience. Paid for 3 nights and i checked out on the 1st night. Im still waiting for my 2 nights refund..but no reply.

I do not recommend this property. It is run down, there are stains on the carpet, marks on the wall, the floor creaks and needs repairs, the staff were disinterested on check in, unhelpful when we asked about amenities in the area, the bathroom had mold and the room looked onto a wall. Like literally a wall. They wanted to charge a SG$5 deposit for a second room key. It shouldn’t be featured on Wotif. Other guests we talked to shared the same opinion. It would have been nice back when first built. Suitable for backpackers only.

It was what it was Lacked ventilation and the smell of damp and visible signs of mould was a concern If the Ac in the room was off it just sweated like nothing I’ve ever seen Extraction system in the bathroom didn’t work The mould was incredible the only way to remove the sweat was leave ac on which also gave concern to the quality of air it would of been out putting We left the windows open and just spent as little time in the room as possible As for the pool area around was clean old but clean the pool was green tint and by end of stay was well green the water that flowed into from a water full feature was bright green just unbelievable A total revamp needed or at least chlorine Would never recommend my thoughts would be remove it from your list I f hotels until improvements confirmed Thanks
