Great for a business trip

Good location, great hotel. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend for anyone in Singapore on business. First time stay, wont be the last. I am in Singapore every 6-8 weeks and this will be my hotel of choice.

Lovely hotel

Very convenient - less than 5 minutes walk to Orchard Road MRT station (red and brown line). Walkable to shopping centres and restaurants. Good amenities and staff members were very nice.

The staff did their best to help alleviate the musty and mouldy tiles in the toilet. Assisted to my change of 3 rooms upon check in. The last room was the worst for the first night, I could not sleep and woke up with a sore throat due to the dusty and musty smell of the room. I complained early next morning and hotel brought in 2 air purifier but I insisted on a change of room for which hotel acceded. The change of room also has the strong musty smell which I’m allergic too. I will not recommend those who have allergy problems to stay. The problem is the rooms of the hotel. However , the staff is very accommodating and the manager, compensated by giving me a free grab ride to the airport. I appreciated her kind gesture on behalf of the hotel.
