The staff were non existent. You had to do all the check in by yourself. Strictly no early check in, even though we left just after 2pm. We could have chosen an hotel with a 8am to 4pm check out and it would have been so much better. We arrived just after 7.am and had to aimlessly walk around till not a minute before 10.am to check in.
