Unique experience

It was a unique experience. There were some issues but the hotel was responsive to our feedback: 1. There was no washer and dryer in the hotel though it was stated as available under Room Amenities in Hotels.com website. The hotel washed our laundry for free. 2. The aircon in the bedroom was noisy, dirty and not cold. It was cleaned the day after our feedback and replaced on the 5th day of our stay. 3. The bathroom floor became very wet after shower. We suggested to install a third shower curtain and reduce the length for safety reason and our suggestion was implemented.
