After a wait for close to an hour in the Check-in queue, we were told to wait for one more hour for the room keys. The service standards are generally poor, esp at the cafe. The TV in the room malfunctioned. The technician said he cant handle it but will inform the IT Department. Location is excellent. A couple of service staff were helpful. The room outlay/design is not too friendly, especially the washrooms. Will definitely not stay here again.

The studio is pretty neat and clean. No bidet in toilet, breakfast buffet need more selection. I've seen birds picked at the food since it's open area.

Compact living

A nice hotel and good for value, but expect the compact living and climbing up and down stairs as well as small spaces. Wouldn’t be good for a large sized person but I'd stay there again.

Nice rooms. Didn't have view of river. Just the opposite rooms. Seperate toilet to shower. However, both are quite small in space as compared to the rest of the room.

Hotel in a great location and close to lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport. Staff on welcome weren’t helpful at all, so not the best first impression but all other staff that we encountered were pleasant & helpful. Would stay again and recommend!

Good, but definitely can be better.

2nd time here, room706 has a toilet bowl that is constantly flushing always when some else’s in the nearby rooms use it and there’s a stinky smell to it. HBO channel on the tv has latency issue and wires were dangling unsightly from the tv. Service is good from check in, and to me requesting for additional pillows. The ai call service in the room is rather confusing and doesnt seem to work for me. There were also no complimentary water provided in the room.
