A good hotel that was close to the mrt, shops and restaurants, unfortunately for us our room backed on to a side street that was noisy with motor bikes coming and going at all hours, a shame as the staff and house keeping was excellent

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with a bus station right in front and the MRT nearby. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, which made everything easy. The receptionists were kind and polite, and overall, the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff is amazing and generally very good service. I do have some critique I would like to give. There were a ton of cobwebs on the ceiling. Given the ceilings are very high, but I feel those removed would have really made my stay a lot better. The other critique is that, the mirror in the washroom is not well lit and there are no other mirrors in the room. This as a girl, is a challenge to get ready lol. However, to emphasize this is me nitpicking. My stay overall was very very very pleasant.

They upgraded our room and the room was nice and spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient, walkable to MRT and also to the city center. The only disappointment for us was the quality of the Restaurant in the Hotel. We recommend this Hotel but not the Restaurant.
