The hotel had more of a personal feel to it; not too big as in, say, the Marina Bay Sands Hotel.

Very luxurious and spacious room with great views over the city and harbour. In particular the pool was nicely placed with a relaxing vantagepoint. The lunch buffet was particularly tasty with a wide selection of foods to choose from.

Great business/stop-over hotel close to Marina Bay

Pros: Great location, relaxing pool, large rooms.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was expensive but lunch options look reasonable.
Location: A few minutes walk to Downtown MRT station, one stop to Bayfront (MBS and Gardens by the Bay). Next to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre.
Rooms were great, good for business or for a short/mid term stay in Singapore. Easy access to/from the airport straight off East Coast Parkway. Good location a few blocks back from Marina Bay, next to Downtown MRT station. Very close to Lau Pa Sat hawker stall so good option in the evening for dinner. We did a 5-6km run around Marina Bay and Civic District in the morning, before it gets too hot. South facing room had a good view over the port and out to Singapore Strait. It was a clear day when we stayed there so we could see the surrounding Indonesian islands that border Singapore.

Good walking distance to Marina Bay.

Pros: Clean and staff generally polite.
Cons: Breakfast should be standard.
Location: Near most things including the MRT train system.
Disappointed that Breakfast was not included in the price. I booked 2 deluxe rooms with sea view and was surprised that breakfast was not included. My 4 children and wife were looking forward to breakfast and it was very inconvenient to have to go outside for breakfast.

The Westin was in a great location within walking distance to the Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. The room was comfortable. Only issues were that the fridge was too small to keep bottles of water cold and one reading light globe didn't work. The highlight was definitely the brilliant food and the Cook and Brew and in the Club Lounge, so worth the upgrade! The Westin staff provide exceptional customer service. Congratulations!!

Cons: No hair dryers in the bathroom
Location: Just right
Facilities: Brand new; Value: Acceptable price; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Very close to the financial district and Marina Bay Sands area
