There is a food court, juice bar and all the usual fast food outlets downstairs and a small supermarket on the next block over. V Lavender is primarily useful as a short term doss house because it is super handy to the airport MRT line. The bed was comfy enough for a couple of hours sleep before heading back out to the airport. Note that MRT trains do not start until 6am.

6 lifts and all incredibly slow. Always a crowd waiting for a lift. Breakfast was sub par. A plus for them was convenient to MRT and bed was comfy.

Bar fridge was not working or set to high..did not keep anything chilled..spoke to reception staff who advised they had someone check it out who advised that needed servicing..when I asked for a replacement they said none available and I could bring fridge items to them and they would keep them refrigerated and I could come and get what I needed whenever I needed them..I was staying on the 12th floor. Overall I consider that they didn't care about my concerns and just shrugged it off.

Barely can feel it’s a 4-star hotel. The room interior feels like a 2-star accommodation with cheap basic veneer/plastic furniture, noisy aircon and whole room somehow permeates an old unclean smell and delivers an aura that makes you not wanna stay inside.

Very accessible hotel, the bedroom size was a bit too small from the other side of the building, and the AC was default to warm and have to call staff to correct the temperature. Doors are not locking so we were moved to a new room which is slightly larger and has a view of the main road

Conveniently located in lavender MTR station, restaurants nearby and a food court. Clean hotel with a nice pool. I would recommend adding more options to breakfast buffet, the salad is not fresh as well as the fruits, noodles very dry. Other than that, still recommended this place to stay when in Singapore, best value for your bucks!!

This location of the hotel was amazing as it was on top of public transport station. We loved the food options around the hotel. The hotel itself was very basic. It looks a lot bigger in pictures but it was very small, the shower was tiny and so was the room. Everything was clean, although a mould smell in hallway. I know you don’t come on holidays to workout but there was no dumbbells in the gym which I find so incredibly odd, especially if there is two benches so was unable to workout. We didn’t have breakfast here.
