Chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Needed just an overnight stay. Enjoyed the convenience to a really good hawker centre. A shuttle back to the airport the next morning was a convenient and much appreciated service. Room was clean but it's showing its age. Friendly staff. Would use it again for a transit stay.

A strange property. It’s at the end of the runway and so is close to Changi Airport as the crow flies. But to taxi it is quite a long ride. In fact we may as well have gone into town. It’s a perfectly acceptable hotel, and the buffet restaurant staff were fine. But it lacked that air of devotion to service that I associate with Singapore generally. Check in was efficient but not especially welcoming & no assistance with baggage or taxis. The place felt a bit deserted. A large atrium like a scene from a sci-fi planet where the astronauts had all left in a hurry. The buffet location looked very tired but the actual food was fresh and excellent. It was the best thing about the hotel. No problem with the room. Not large but it was clean and fresh. Not a bad hotel in any way but it felt a little glum.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were just wonderful and extremely helpful. The restaurant food including breakfast was of high quality with ample serving size. A special thanks to Amos who was at front desk when we arrived early and did everything to make us comfortable. We were also able to check in a little early which was super convenient for us. Thank you for a lovely stay. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Singapore.

Staff here are uniformly excellent, and location is where I want to be when stopping over in SG. I love cycling on Pulau Ubin, so this is my go to hotel. Hotel is a little worn in parts, but that does not bother me in the least.

I enjoyed me stay at Village Hotel Changi. I didn’t expect to stay over night in Singapore since I was only passing through. But since my flight had gotten canceled and accommodated to the next day, I chose this hotel since it was located in a not so crowded city area like most other hotels in Singapore. The Village Hotel Changi was a nice selection, my room was spacious and comfortable, and I had a good night sleep on the very comfortable bed that I was offered. Even though my room appeared a bit dated, it was still spacious and up-to-date with amenities like an ironing board, an iron, a desk area, towels, overhead shower head, and a very nice wall bench to relax a little bit and catch up on some of my online messages. I completely recommend the Village Hotel Changi.

Our new favourite location in Singapore

Have stayed many times in Singapore but never Changi Village, this will be our preferred hotel from now on. Right next door to local food eateries which are most affordable. The free shuttle to airport was a welcome addition.
