Needs improvement: Pls provide the correct QR code for complimentary Sentosa entry - The one provided by Expedia / W hotel is incorrect, leading to guest paying S$6 at the Sentosa gantry. (Subsequently, issue resolved with Loyalty Manager upon feedback).

Staff super friendly and helpful. Bed mattress by far the most comfortable. Wide range of restaurants within walking distance. Absolute 5 star !

pebble view from wonderful room

stay was average. will suggest going another hotel for staycation next time as the view of the hotel is not good, book a wonderful room category but the view from room are the rooftop with pebbles. had to call to ask to change another room, operator suggest taking a look at another room which seems a little better. just wondering why didn’t they offer me the room at the start when the rooms are available. so in short, i guess the building of w hotel is not really fantastic hence not recommending people to book it for staycation or holiday.
