I had two comfortable nights at the Yotelair. Its location is excellent offering a smooth transition to the airport. I found the water pressure was low. There is no Laundry service nor a washing machine. You can arrange it on the lower levels but those guys want 5 days which isn’t workable. For me this was a big hassle as there was no way to get clothes clean after weeks of travel. They could fit one, it would be an huge benefit for travellers. Overall I liked the hotel, but I felt it would be even better if they could address these things.

Room was too small. Like a dog box. In which couldnot swing a cat. No chair, Bed ahainst wall on 3 sides, which required husband to scramble over wife to get out of bed.

Spend the extra money on a quality hotel. Strict 9am check out is hard to deal with. Plane was late arriving at 2 am. Requested a later check out , but wasn’t allowed.

Tiny little room but perfect for resting up during a long layover (12 hours). It has everything you need for a short stay. Outrageously expensive but you are paying for the conveniences.

This hotel was in a perfect position at the airport. We needed to get up at 3am. The staff called at 3am to wake us up which was great. Once we checked in and walked to our room through the hallways all I could smell was stale cigarette smell unsuccessfully masked with air freshener. There were scrapes and grime along the white walls in the hall that led to our room. I wore shoes in the shower due to grime. Our room smelled exactly the same as the hall. I felt nauseous until I was asleep. The staff were nice enough. The price was nearly double what we paid at the Mercure Icon which was stunning. In summary- we got what we needed not what we wanted.

Staff and facilities were excellent and well informed. Very customer focused and personable. Facilities were clean although compact room space was well utilized. Stayed in a single room during an overnite layover and explored the Jewel. Nice coffee and sitting areas.
