Luxury 3BR Island Home w/ Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Golf Cart + Private Beach

Nautica Island House is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Ocean Getaway located in Palm Beach Shores. Inside you will find leather couches, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and high-end mattresses. My home offers high speed internet, multiple Smart TV's, golf cart, 2 bike's, heated pool, hot tub and a large backyard with outdoor speakers. You will also have access to a Private Residents only Beach. It is a short walk to Sailfish Marina, multiple restaurants, bars and entertainment.

The space
Nautica Island House consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, laundry, full kitchen, pool, hot tub, outdoor seating area and outdoor kitchen.

The Master Bedroom has a Tommy Bahama King Size Bed and Full Ensuite. There is a Built in Spacious Closet as well as Drawers for additional storage. There is also a Workspace and Printer, 55" Smart TV with Satellite and Surround Sound.

The Full Ensuite Bathroom has a Glass Shower for Two, Pedestal Sink and Built in Toiletry Cabinet. There is shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand towels, face towels and bath towels.

The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and 55" Smart TV with Satellite. There is also a closet and drawers for additional storage.

The Third Bedroom has Two Pull Out Day Beds and Sleeps 4 People. It is Equipped with a 45" Smart TV with Satellite. There is also a closet and drawers for additional storage.

The Second Bathroom has a Glass Shower for Two with Pedestal Sink and Door Leading to Backyard. There is shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand towels, face towels and bath towels.

There is a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Fridge, Wall Microwave and Wall Oven. The Pantry consists of a variety of spices and oils for your use. There is also a 4 burner Gas Stove, Dishwasher and Toaster Oven. The Kitchen is equipped with High End cookware, dishes and glassware.

There is a Brand New State of the Art Front Load Washer and Dryer with a Variety of Settings. Located in the Garage along with a Full Size Stainless Steel Fridge.

The Living Room offers Soft Leather Couches and a 65" Smart HD TV with Satellite and Surround Sound. The Dining Room consists of Built in Cabinets, Wine Fridge and Ice Machine. The Table can be Expanded to Seat 6 Guests and 2 Seats at the Kitchen Bar.

The house is equipped with a Control4 Bluetooth Sound System accessible throughout the house, including outside, that you can access from your smart phone to play your own music. My home is Pet Friendly as I have 2 Dogs of my own. There are leashes in the garage, along with a pooper scooper at the side of the house.

The backyard consists of a Heated Saltwater Pool, Hot Tub, 4 Loungers with Market Umbrellas as well as Pool Floats. There are two outdoor seating area's, compete with comfortable chairs and canopy fans. There is a large dining table with seating for 6 and 2 bar seats. The Outdoor Kitchen has Natural Gas BBQ, Mini Fridge, Ice Machine, Sink, 65" Smart HD TV with Satellite and Outdoor Speakers.

There is a Natural Gas BBQ as well as a Charcoal PDQ Grill with lights for the night time and electric plugs. All BBQ Supplies are provided and are located in the BBQ Area.

Extras: We offer 2 bikes to ride around the island as well as a 6 Seater Golf Cart. There is also an outside shower to rinse off the beach sand and rinse off any beach gear, we provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler's and beach tote's. You will not have a better experience than at Nautica Island House!

Guest access
All guests have full access to the property. There is a golf cart for guest use as well as two bicycles. There is also a Scanner/Printer/Fax machine available on site for your use, as well as a desk area for work.

Other things to note
This property has just been renovated at a cost of $400K. The bedrooms and dining area all have new Tommy Bahama furniture. The property is very close to many attractions. I have booklet that I have put together with points of interest, places to dine, shops as well as activities.

Warren is very accommodating and the home is just as described. Warm, comfortable and lots of space to enjoy indoors & out. Kitchen was well equipped. Terrific location: close to beach, restaurants, stores, walking path and inlet. The yard was blocked from the wind so we enjoyed the sun & pool even when the Feb weather cooled down. Already booked for next year!

Wonderful home, property, pool, hot tub, and host!

Warren's property is outstanding, and he's a lovely person as well! The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and convenient to the beach, tennis courts, restaurants, a playground, and the rest of West Palm Beach and its environs. We were six guests: Two grandparents, two adult children, and two grandchildren, ages 10 and 8 ... and all of us had a great time! Thank you Warren!

Great little gem!

House is a perfect little beach house. It has everything you can think about for a beach stay. Our favorite by far was the golf cart, we used it everywhere. The pool was great as well! We would definitely stay again.
