The hotel was nice enough. There was NO HEAT in the any of the guest rooms!! It was record low temps, I called in advance to ask if we needed to prepare for the cold weather, the staff said the pool is heated at 81 degrees. The problem was, our room temp was in the mid 50 degrees. I called Expedia, they contacted the manager and they were not willing to compensate us even one night's stay. there was never a mention to us the the hotel did not have a heating system in it!!!

Dated hotel. Room sliding door would close all the way leaving large gap. Spiders in the room. Bad experience with unprofessional manager. Normally don’t leave reviews but our stay was not great.

Y husband and I have traveled a good bit, and this is the cleanest hotel where we have ever stayed! The staff was constantly cleaning, inside and out. When we first arrived I thought the room was old and dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The pool was lovely, the fact that it is right on the ocean was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

The room was right over the grease exhaust hoods from the kitchen and ran 24/7. The smell and noise was horrible, especially when the A/C went out on one of our 2rooms.

Flight was cancelled and notified front desk upon check in we may need another night. When we requested another night we were told by the manager we couldn’t stay in that room and had to be out by 10am. We missed my son‘s soccer tournament that we traveled very far to attend because of this. He did not offer anyone to help move our stuff to another room on another floor. He did not offer a late checkout. I am horrified by the customer service here every day we extended they charged us a separate incidental fee. Customer service and management is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in my life.
