This coastal getaway is one of eight wonderful condos on one of the most beloved streets on Singer Island (Singer Island Beach 1-8). Your central location allows you to walk everywhere! Stroll just one block from your front door to the soft sand at the beach. Spend blissful days swimming in the sparkling shared pool then unwind in the shared hot tub at night. Updates like luxe furnishings and a modern kitchen make this vacation rental feel like home. Other highlights include a spacious living area and soothing beach-themed decor.

Spend quality time together in the welcoming living area. An armchair and sofas provide ample plush seating around the TV. The kitchen is equipped with an array of helpful gadgets to help you work your culinary magic. Home chefs will appreciate the stainless steel appliances and the granite countertops.

The unit and pool area are very nice. Kitchen lacked basic amenities, including enough garbage bags, plastic spatula for non-stick pans, wine glasses and more. Communication was not answered for many days. WiFi was spotty at best.

Short walk to everything
We love Singer Island. The condo was clean and the perfect size for this family of five. Our children (7-13) loved the pool. Surrounding the pool was lush vegetation that blocked out any neighboring lights and sound. This was steps from the beach and the inter coastal waterway. We walked to Sailfish Marina for a buffet breakfast, lunch at Johnny Longboats, and dinner in one of the close hotels. It was a short drive up the coast to visit our other favorite beaches Juno Beach and Jupiter Beach. We also visited Norton Museum of Art while we were exploring. The only downfall was a rowdy group of teenagers who stayed in one of the other units the first two nights. But I’m pretty sure they won’t be allowed to stay there again. I would recommend to Vacasa instructions in the condo that are clear. I was unable to get on the internet because the THREE different passwords I found didn’t work. I was not sure what to do when we left, therefore I missed the text message that told me to text a certain number upon leaving. The code to enter the condo was incorrect, but the management was able to get us into the condo within 20 minutes of arrival. A battery must have died in one of the door things because the first night an alarm kept blaring. The management company texted with us and was able to help us partially resolve it, but only after 2 hours. I rated a five because of the closeness to the beach.

My wife and I had always wanted to dive the Blue Heron bridge, which we did on this trip. Our accommodations were fantastic. Clean, spacious, with a pool area that was fantastic. When we left to come home we forgot to pack some equipment. It was shipped home to us promptly. Anna and her team went above and beyond to treat us very well. We will definitely return.

Servicable Accomodations in Palm Beach Shores
The unit was clean when we arrived and met our needs for our stay. I would not describe it as a true 'beach getaway' if that is what you are looking for. The neighborhood is a little sketchy with lots of apartments on the same street. There was hardly any cutlery in the kitchen and no dishwasher so cooking was a challenge. The AC is set on 75 with a sign on it that says "Do Not Touch' and ther are no ceiling fans in the unit so it is rather warm in the summer. The pool was nice even though you are sharing it with the other four units in the building as well as the building next door. It would have been nice if there was a grill on the property. The beach was decent and the local restaurants were nice for a couple days, but got old after that. Would be a nice place for a weekend stay, but not my reccomendation for a week at the beach.

We chose this location as it was walkable to the Peanut Island Ferry and many restaurants. Pool area is really nice. No issues with anything. Although we weren’t there much as we enjoyed the beautiful area. :)

I would stay here again
We loved the location being within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. It was also clean and mostly as advertised. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't hot and even though it's May in south FL, my aching back was looking forward to it. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The closet door in the master was off the tracks and couldn't get them back on. Most importantly, if you're a light sleeper you'll want to be upstairs because from below, it sounds like someone dragging a China cabinet across the floor just from someone scooting back from the kitchen table. We were out exploring most of the time so it wasn't a huge deal to us and I would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected!
Had a great vacation here. The house was immaculate and well-stocked. In fact, I was a bit annoyed that I had contacted the management company before leaving home and was told that there would be no beach towels, paper products or condiments and I would need to supply my own. I actually paid to check an extra suitcase for these items., all of which were actually in the house already. It would be nice if a list were made available ahead. For example, there are 2 hand held clothes steamers, a blender, toaster oven and beach chairs. Also had hand and dish soap, shampoo and a dish sponge. The check in was a bit annoying. I tried several times to get permission to enter the house or at least park my car in the designated spot before the official 4:00 time and was adamantly denied. We had to park in the strip mall lot for several hours and then when we did attempt to get in at 4:00 the access code did not even work and I had to contact the management for a new code, while my groceries sat in the hot car. All of that being said, the pool and spa area is lovely. The layout of the home was perfect for myself and my 2 adult daughters. Location was only a block from at least 10 restaurants and 2 nice souvenir/beach clothing stores as well as the beach itself. The beach is wide and clean. Would stay here again
