The checkin was very stressful as no one is on property and I was unable to get the way to checkin - hotel.com didn’t explicitly state there was a $100 additional fee and how to get the room code. The room was very nice once we were able to get in

While the property is super well located and the staff in general are very kind and helpful the condition in general of the room are very poor to say the least! Pictures nothing like the real deal. They probably used to but not anymore. Owners need to step up and replace the doors, bathroom are screaming to be redone! Everything is pealing, breaking and falling apart! Expedia should take this in consideration too
