Wide, well-kept beaches with fine sand and beautiful dunes offer space for sunbathing, swimming, play and endless hikes. The nearest beach is only 4.5 km away and there is free parking in 10-15 minutes by bike on the beach where you can find beach pavilions all year round. In this environment you can cycle very well over the beautiful bike paths or the West Friesland dyke. Beautiful cities invite you to visit eg Schagen, the Helder, Alkmaar and Amsterdam. Schagen offers nice restaurants and lots of shops, Alkmaar has a beautiful old town or to Amsterdam with museums. Take the train from Schagen directly to the center of Amsterdam. The island of Texel is a tip with the trip (every hour) from Den Helder a day trip that will delight you. Along the coast there are also beautiful cities like Egmond, Callantsoog and Bergen. Every Thursday in the summer there is folklore drama in Schagen and Markt.

Kommunikation sehr freundlich und schnell. Check in und out unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Besonders toll, Kamin, Infrarotsauna, Gasherd, kurze Wege zum Pool. Privatsphäre, da das Haus am Ende des Weges liegt. Ruhe pur. Alle Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub über Silvester

Wir sind zu 5. über Silvester in das Haus gefahren - 1 Paar und 3 einzelne Erwachsene. Für uns war die Größe und die Ausstattung des Hauses perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und viel gekocht. Man benötigt aufjedenfall ein Auto, zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand ist es dann nicht weit. Danke für die schöne Zeit - wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen! PS: Infos bezüglich Silvester: Feuerwerk ist in dem Park, indem das Haus liegt verboten. Für uns war das optimal so. Vom ersten Stock des Hauses aus, kann man das Feuerwerk im nächsten Ort wunderbar sehen.

Kleines Häuschen mit Garten

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Nordholland. Der Ort Sint Maarten hat nicht wirklich etwas zu bieten und mit dem Rad ist man als Erwachsener gute 15 Minuten unterwegs zum Strand. Der Ferienpark besteht aus alten und neuen Straßen und Häusern. Das angebotene Objekt ist Altbestand und nicht so stylisch wie der überwiegende Teil des Parks. Der Vorteil ist, dass das Objekt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße liegt ohne Durchgangsverkehr, das heißt, es laufen einem nicht ständig andere Urlauber an der Terrasse vorbei. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist vom Stil gewöhnungsbedürftig, wer Probleme damit hat, in einem bunten Mix aus Möbeln der letzten 3 Jahrzehnte Urlaub zu machen, der sollte nicht buchen. Insgesamt wirkt alles sehr zusammengewürfelt. Der Esstisch ist eine Vollkatastrophe, wackelt bei jeder kleinsten Berührung und besteht aus einer verbogenen Spanplatte - da kommt schlechte Stimmung bei den Mahlzeiten auf. Der Tisch wurde täglich für uns zur Zerreißprobe mit zwei Kindern. Die Matratzen waren gut, leider gibt es im Obergeschoss bis auf eine kleine Kommode in einem der Kinderzimmer keine Schränke. Das Haus ist mit 6 Betten ausgestattet. Wir würden nicht mit 6 Personen übernachten, denn es bleibt dann Null Platz für die Klamotten. Die Dusche war bei uns sehr verschimmelt, ich habe 3 Reinigungsvorgänge mit Chlor gebraucht, um es zu verbessern. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner, das war super. Die Küche ist sehr klein, das Geschirr ist ein Sammelsurium, aber alles da.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Strand sehr sauber. Das Haus selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig!!! Wer auf Sauberkeit wert liegt sollte sich ein anderes Domizil suchen. Hier gab es leider einiges, was uns sehr gestört hat. Es war erstmal putzen angesagt. Ein weiterer Punkt Störfaktor für uns war, das es für 3 Schlafräume nur einen kleinen Schrank für die Unterbringung der Kleidung gab. Für 1 Woche war alles sonst OK. Erholungsfaktor super. Bianca war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch bei Mängeln sehr kooperativ. Vielen Dank

Zu empfehlen

Wir waren 12 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. Ich mag das gerne wenn das Beistellbett in der gleichen Höhe ist die das Bett, als ich gesehen hab das es Höhenverstellbar ist wollten wir das gleich ändern, hat aber nicht funktioniert. Aber der Vermieter hat sich darum gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt aber die Infrarotkabine. Das Haus an sich ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber. Mein Baby hatte sehr viel spaß mit den Holzpuzzle. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge. Leider aufgrund einer Baustelle dauert es doppelt so lang den Strand zu erreichen.

Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände bedürfen einer Erneuerung bzw. Reparatur. Der Essisch wackelt, der Sonnenschirmhalter müsste fesgeschraubt werden, das Geschirr wirkt zusammengesucht. Aber insgesammt war der Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern in dem Haus sehr schön.

Familienkurztrip

Wir hatten einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Garten ist riesig und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr geplagt. Besonders das Freibad hat den Kindern sehr gefallen. Schwierig war nur die Zufahrt zum Haus mit unserem VW Bulli. Dieser ist leider zu groß für die schmale Einfahrt, da es auch noch einen ungünstigen Pfahl gibt, sodass Ausparken nur entspannt möglich war, wenn die Nachbarn mit ihrem Auto nicht da waren. Das füßläufige Dorf hat wenig zu bieten, aber mit dem Fahrrad und dem Auto sind andere Orte schnell erreicht! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos und freundlich ab!

Hübsches Haus in toller Lage

Wir (2Erw., 2Kinder) hatten hier trotz schlechtem Wetter eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Landschaft, die Anlage und die Möglichkeiten sind toll. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen geräumig. Wir wurden persönlich und freundlich empfangen. Ein Stern Abzug, da wir für 65€ die vorhandenen Fahrräder gemietet haben und diese keine Luft im Reifen und kaum funktionsfähige Bremsen hatten. Eine Luftpumpe war vorhanden, sodass wir zumindest die Reifen aufpumpen konnten, aber das Fahrwn blieb etwas gefährlich. Außerdem roch die obere Toilette bei den Schlafzimmern sehr unangenehm nach Urin, was auch leider nicht wegzubekommen war und in die Schlafzimmer "strömte". Alles in allem aber ein gute Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis und die kleine Infrarot-Sauna im Schuppen hat uns gute Dienste geleistet🙂

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Häuschen der Familie Thiehatten. Es hat an nix gefehlt. Allerdings waren wir 6 Erwachsene und 2 größere Kinder (10 und 15 Jahre) etwas beengt, aber das Wetter war traumhaft und somit wieder Alles gut. Die Begrüßung und die Schlüsselübergabe hätte besser nicht sein können. Wir würden wieder nach Nordholland in De Wielen 28 urlauben. Janet

Sehr netter zuverlässiger Vermieter, kümmert sich sofort um alle Problemchen. Kleiner Ferienpark der aktuell vergrößert wird. Pool war den Kids (jetzt anfang Juni) noch zu kalt, gibt aber gute Alternativen. Schwimmbad Holle Bolle bspw.. Strand Petten traumhaft, leicht erreichbar und kostenlos parken. Restauramt Eendcafe Mereboer keiner Geheimtipp

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben 5 wundervolle Tage in diesem kleinen Häuschen in Sint Maarten verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist eingerichtet wie beschrieben und in perfekter Lage zwischen kleineren Städtchen und dem weitläufigen Strand. Einzig gefehlt hat uns eine Einweisung in die Heizungsanlage, die wir leider nicht zum Laufen bekommen haben - und deshalb hätten wir abends gerne ein paar Wolldecken gehabt an den kalten Frühlingsabenden. Beides könnte vielleicht noch ergänzt werden in dem ansonsten gut eingerichteten Haus.

De vakantie woning is centraal gelegen ten opzichte van Zee en andere steden.

De vakantie woning is groot genoeg voor 6 personen. Alle benodigde informatie en faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Van was(afwas) machine tot koffie zetaparaten. Mogelijk heid tot het huren van beddengoed fietsen etc.

Op zich leuke, vakantiewoning, maar voor tieners weinig te beleven op het park zelf. Jammer van kleine minpuntjes zoals infra rood sauna die alleen maar warm werd, 1 matras te groot voor bedbodem waardoor instabiel, maar 1 kleine kledingkast boven, servies niet altijd toereikend voor 6 personen. Qua omgeving leuke dorpjes en strand op 10 minuutjes rijden met auto. Over geheel genomen vonden wij de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet kloppen en relatief erg duur.
